Counselor

I am happy to serve as the new RES counselor! I served as a teacher for 10 years and taught 2nd-6th, 9th English Honors, and 10th-12th during a summer Migrant Program at Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas. Some districts I've worked in include Corpus Christi ISD, Calallen ISD, Odem ISD, Agua Dulce ISD, George West ISD, Aransas Pass ISD, Columbia-Brazoria ISD, and Hays CISD.

I have 3 grown children:  Debbie, Michelle, and Tommy! Debbie has a teaching degree, but she does government auditing work, Michelle is a physical therapist in San Antonio, and Tommy is an engineer in Austin. I enjoy country music concerts, live musicals, live plays, sports such as pro football, college football, MLB baseball, pro basketball, and antique browsing!

I am very happy to be a member of Ray Elementary where I can pursue my passion-- helping students to be the best they can be while planning for their future and their career!
